Return Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please carefully consider your purchase before completing your order. If you any issues with your order, including defects or damages, please report them to us within 7 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return due to defects or damages, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you it, and in original packaging. If your item is eligible for return, we will offer an exchange for the same item or issue store credit for the value of returned item, excluding shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable certain items may not be eligible for return.
Alkaline Water Ionizer
By purchasing and using our Alkaline Water Ionizers, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions as well all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these, you are not to use or access our products. Our Alkaline Water Ionizers are intended for personal use only and should be used for their intended purpose. Misuse or modification of the product may void the warranty and could result in damage or injury. While our Alkaline Water Ionizers are designed to produce high-quality alkaline water, we do not guarantee any health benefits or efficacy of the water produced. Individual results may vary. Our company and its suppliers are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Alkaline Water Ionizers. The filters need to be replaced every 10,000 - 12,000 liters of water. We offer a limited warranty of one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective parts or components of the Alkaline Water Ionizer, at our discretion, free of charge. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or components of the Alkaline Water Ionizer. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
